I keep a box in my car and pop a stick when I hit that afternoon slump — the 5g size is perfect. You can really feel the B vitamins and iron kick in about twenty minutes later, without any jittery crash.

Tossed a stick into my morning smoothie and honestly felt a steady lift through the afternoon slump, no jitters. The 5g packets are easy to rip open even with wet hands, and the subtle floral taste doesn’t overpower anything.

The 5g sticks are the perfect size to toss in my work bag, and I feel a noticeable energy lift about 20 minutes after taking one with my afternoon water. No jitters, just steady focus through the rest of the day, and I like knowing I’m getting iron and B vitamins without swallowing another pill.
