Brian C. ★★★★★

Thicker than regular honey and it's got that slight bitter edge from the propolis, which I actually like. I've been taking a spoonful after lunch and the energy lift feels steady, not jittery. The 330g jar is lasting me a good while.

Aurora ★★★★★

The first spoonful in my morning tea gave me a steady, clear-headed focus that lasted past lunch—no jitters, no crash. I love that it’s got propolis and royal jelly packed in, so I feel like I’m getting more than just plain honey.

Amelia E. ★★★★★

I keep a spoonful in my tea every morning and the propolis gives it a nice, slightly bitter kick that my old honey never had. The royal jelly definitely shows in how steady my focus stays through the afternoon.
