I’ve dealt with chronic congestion for years, and the propolis in this spray is a game-changer—it actually feels soothing going in, not just clearing. The xylitol keeps my passages moisturized for hours, so I’m down to using it twice a day instead of constantly.

The 30mL bottle lasted me nearly two months of morning use, and the propolis-xylitol combo left my nose feeling genuinely clear without that weird dryness I’ve had with other sprays. The spray nozzle gives a fine, even mist too, which makes it easy to hit the right spot.

After three weeks of daily use, my sinuses feel noticeably clearer, and the 30mL bottle is still going strong. The propolis gives it a slightly earthy, natural scent that I've actually come to appreciate.
